The 2nd Annual Karaoke Competition is here! Great prizes and fun for all. Here are the rules:

•  Registration deadline is Oct. 30. Please come to Mike or Ellen in the school office, or better yet, email This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it
• There are three categories for competition: individual, family (any number of family members may form a team, but PVCS students must sing at least 50% solo), and bilingual (bilingual students can choose to sing solo or perform with family; also must sing solo at least 50% if performing with family)
• All songs must be in Mandarin Chinese; no Cantonese or Taiwanese songs, please!
• When registering, make sure to include a YouTube link for your choice of song. Due to technical reasons, you must choose a song where the music video (with lyrics) can be found on YouTube.
• Judging will be based on musicality, proper Chinese pronunciation, and stage presence.
• Winners will perform at PVCS X-Mas party on Dec. 18.
